Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, to request a return or exchange. Once approved, you must ship the item back within 30 days.

Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be:

  • In the same condition you received it — unworn, unused
  • Returned in its original packaging (box, card, and pouch included)

Important Details

  • Exchanges must be initiated by mail within 7 days.
  • Once your exchange request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 30 days.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt. Beyond this period, we are unable to accommodate requests. 
Items sent back without prior request will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Each piece is carefully inspected before leaving our atelier.
Should you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we may resolve the matter with priority.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We currently do not have any non-returnable categories for our jewelry. All jewelry items are eligible for return under our 7-day policy.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Return Shipping

Shipping fees are non-refundable.The return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund once the return is processed. For international returns, shipping fees vary depending on your country and the carrier. We will provide you with a prepaid label and inform you of the exact cost before processing the refund.


Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please ensure it meets our Return Policy Guidelines. Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receipt, and once approved, shipped back within 30 days.


Refunds

 We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
