Returns, Defects, and Cancellations

  • In case of defective items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for exchange or refund.

  • Returns and exchanges for customer convenience are accepted only for unused and unopened items.

  • Cancellations are accepted only before shipment. After dispatch, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Return Period

  • Contact must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Approved returns must be shipped back within 30 days.
    Returns outside this period cannot be accepted.
