Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery.

We partner with trusted global couriers.Delivery takes 2–5 days in Japan, and 5–14 days depending on destination. Delays may happen, but we always ship with care.

Shipping Fees & Methods

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen method.
  • All orders include tracking information, which will be provided once your order has shipped.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your region and local postal services.

    Duties, Taxes & Customs

    All of our prices are inclusive of duties, taxes, and customs fees.
    You will not be asked to pay any additional charges upon delivery.

      Foreign Transaction Fees

      JAEL FUENTE does not charge any additional fees beyond the total shown at checkout.
      However, some banks may apply foreign transaction fees when purchasing from a company registered abroad. These charges are beyond our control and cannot be refunded.
